Therere some fraud sites in Japan now, using Japanese language, but they are not selling right items…
Its a bit difficult to tell for foreigner, but fraud sites Japanese is a bit strange, also they are not fulfilled governments requirements.
Online stores in Japan have to fulfill details before start selling.
