The service was excellent and the packaging for shipping was very nicely done. I had some problem with the delivery, but J was very helpful when I have requested assistant from him.
He always replied to my emails and requests promptly and was very nice through all this process.
I am looking forward to buy with him again.

About delivery problem, sorry for inconvenience, we did the best we can and finally turned out to be no problem.
Weve experienced delivery problem before (around 0.5%), but all customers received the parcel with no problem with all cases.
Speed and appropriate reaction is important for this issue, but we could solve the problem.
