The German watch brand “ZEPPELIN”, which develops classical designs with an airship motif, has announced a new color model for its 100th anniversary series. It is sold at the official online store.
The 100th Anniversary Series was introduced to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of the airship “ZEPPELIN” in 1900. Inspired by the fuselage of an airship, the design is based on the image of the structure that supports the fuselage of a rigid airship. It features a soft arched cylinder dial, an airship-shaped case, and a dome-shaped windshield.
This is a chronograph model limited to Japan in the 100th anniversary series. It is equipped with a second hand at 2 o’clock, a 12-hour clock at 6 o’clock, and a 30-minute clock at 10 o’clock. The new color uses a scarlet belt color.
The ivory-colored dial with a classic feel is combined with calf leather in a deep shade of red. This color combination evokes the scene of an airship traveling through a red-tinted sunset sky.

It is a chronograph with a tachymeter on the bezel and a telemeter in the dial, making it a model that combines classic design with fearlessness.
Equipped with a quartz movement, it is waterproof for daily life. The selling price is 69,300 yen.
