- They send email replies at lightning fast speeds. I have never experienced such great customer service. We were having difficulties ordering the item I wanted because it was completely sold out in America and many Japanese stores as well, so they personally contacted the shops and found which one had it in stock for the lowest price. I would never have been able to own this collectible clothing piece if it wasn’t for this company. Amazing! (Also, once it was shipped, I got my item within 3 days. That is unbelievable!)
