Bell & Ross has created a limited edition of 99 pieces of this special BR 05 CHRONO RACING ORANGE timepiece for the Japan market. Since its launch, the BR 05 has grown into a collection that has become a second icon around the world, with its own charm while still exuding the essence of the brand’s iconic BR 03. Especially from customers in Japan who have relatively thin wrists, it is very popular, brings good wearing comfort, and the sense of unity from the case to the bracelet can be used in all situations.
THE BR 05 CHRONO RACING ORANGE is wrapped in the rarity and value of this model. Featuring a tachymeter on the BR 05 chronograph, this model pays homage to the professionals who drive jets and Formula 1 cars and strive for speed. First of all, the anthracite dial is different from the conventional black, blue, and green, and it gives a deep sense of calm and sophistication, like a building in a city, and is a coloring that is familiar to those of us who live in modern cities. The unique hairline finish of the dial is reminiscent of the asphalt of the city you usually go to, but the contrast with the orange hands that display the chronograph function also speaks to the steps you are taking in the city. The tachymeter is placed around the perimeter of the flange, which brings life to the chronograph function and at the same time adds depth to the dial. The applied finish numerals and indexes create a three-dimensional and gorgeous effect, creating a sporty yet elegant look. The date is displayed sparingly between 4 and 5 o’clock, stripping down the waste and emphasizing the essence.
THE BR 05 CHRONO RACING ORANGE IS POWERED BY THE BR CAL. 326 AUTOMATIC MOVEMENT WITH A POWER RESERVE OF 54 HOURS. The BR 05’s signature sapphire crystal caseback gives you a close look at the movement through a 360° rotating rotor designed to resemble a car’s wheel rim.
