Inheriting the great legacy of the genius watchmaker Abraham-Louis Breguet, Breguet celebrated the date of the granting of the tourbillon’s patent on June 26, 1801, with the reopening of the Breguet boutique Ginza on June 26. Breguet’s signature elements are seamlessly integrated into the store, such as the furniture design reminiscent of the flute decoration of the case band, the carpet reminiscent of guilloché decoration, and the delicate touch of Breguet Blue that adorns the entire boutique, making it a boutique worthy of a flagship store in Japan.
To commemorate this reopening, Breguet’s popular “Marine” collection has released a Japan limited edition model with a black dial color. It is available in two models, a three-hand (Marine 5515) and a chronograph (Marine Chronograph 5525), and is limited to 25 pieces of each model, for a total of 50 pieces. It will only be sold at four directly managed stores, including Breguet Boutique Ginza (as well as Breguet Boutique Isetan Shinjuku, Breguet Boutique Japan Bridge Mitsukoshi Main Store, and Breguet Boutique Hankyu Umeda Main Store).
