Limited to Japan, Navitimer B01 Chronograph 41 White Mother-of-Pearl
The Navitimer B01 Chronograph 41 White Mother-of-Pearl Japan Edition is a special Navitimer that combines functionality and style. The Japan limited edition addition to the Navitimer B01 Chronograph 41, this model features a mother-of-pearl shell on the dial. Because it is a naturally derived material, the brilliance of each dial has its own personality. The emblem, indexes and various hands (hours, minutes, seconds, chronograph totalizers) are gold-colored. In harmony with the discreet grey sub-dial, it adds extravagant glitz to the navigation timer, which is an instrument. For the strap, you can choose a chic brown alligator or a sporty seven-strand metal bracelet. The Navitimer B01 Chronograph 41 White Mother-of-Pearl Japan Edition is a timepiece that combines legendary history, functionality and unique beauty.

About Navitimer
From Pilot’s Watch to Icon.
In 1952, Willie Breitling, the third generation of the family’s founder, developed a wristwatch chronograph with a rotating slide rule that could perform various navigation calculations required by pilots. Two years later, the design was adopted for the official timepiece of the International Association of Owners Pilots (AOPA), the world’s largest pilot club. The logo of the association’s wings was drawn at 12 o’clock, and the “navigation timer” or “navigation timer” was born.
With the development of the civil aviation industry, the Navitimer will also grow. Not only was it loved by airline captains and avid aviation enthusiasts, but in 1962 it was worn on astronaut Scott Carpenter’s wrist as a 24-hour timepiece that ticked the clock day and night, and it ventured into space. And it’s not just the pilots who were attracted by the irresistible beauty of this watch. Favored by celebrities of the time, such as Miles Davis, Serge Gainsbourg, Jim Clark and Graham Hill, the Navitimer proved to combine function and style.
Breitling’s evolution of modern retro style
The new Navitimer announced in 2022 inherited a distinctive design code. A rotating slide rule that is instantly recognizable as a navigation timer from a distance, baton indexes, three chronograph counters and an easy-to-operate knurled bezel. Still, up close, it’s clear that it has added a modern sophistication. Flattened rotating slide rule and domed crystal for a more compact appearance. Alternating polished and satin finishes, it expresses a sparkling yet discreet texture. The slimmer silhouette of the rotor makes the COSC-certified Breitling Manufacture Calibre 01 even better visible from the caseback. The movement has a five-year warranty, a power reserve of about 70 hours, and the date can be changed at any time. You can check the date from a small window at 6 o’clock.
