A portion of the proceeds will be used to support the activities of Koji Kinjo, who is working on Mr./Ms. farming in Okinawa through Save the Reef.
Mr. Kinjo is said to be the first person in the world to succeed in culturing Mr./Ms. and spawning after releasing them into the sea, and is also known as the discoverer of “miracle corals,” Mr./Ms. that are resistant to global warming.
This Japan limited edition model has a dial painted in bright green with the motif of “Miracle Coral”. The case is made of 43mm stainless steel. The unidirectional rotating bezel is made of ceramic.
The hands and indexes are painted with vintage-style phosphorescent paint reminiscent of coral color, and the striking triangle of the hour hand and applied index is an iconic design inherited from the original model in 1959. On the second hand, the red circular design is eye-catching.
