Please tell us about your experience with personal shopper service
- This was my first time using this service. I’ve always wanted to try, but ever got around to doing so. I’ve also heard that it could be a little dangerous, so it was a leap of faith for me.
I’ve always wanted to participate in events in Japan, but it was always limited to Japan only. I decided to turn to PSJ.
At the beginning, i didn’t even know if they would help me with applying for tickets/events, so i had to ask, and when they said they did, my heart just burst, because this was my chance! (and if PSJ doesn’t mind, i’d like to do it again!)Not only did PSJ answer my every annoying question (i sent lots of emails, i mean LOTS),in a good manner, but also did a special service.
They helped me apply for the lottery, and amazingly, i won!
I was then worried (again) that i won’t receive the tickets on time, but PSJ said to not worry, and sent to my hotel directly!
Replies are extremely fast and detailed. Transaction was easy.PSJ really does fulfill your every request!

I really can’t think of a better place to buy things from Japan other than PSJ.This is definitely the service i’ll be recommending to my friends, and i’ll personally be using PSJ from now on
