(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Shelly Goh, hereinafter referred to as “PMJ”) is pleased to announce the 10th anniversary of the launch of IQOS in Japan with a limited number of IQOS Irma i Anniversary Model from the IQOS Irma i series of heat-not-burn cigarettes, and the IQOS online store, IQOS from Tuesday, October 1, 2024, IQOS It will be released sequentially through the official LINE account, telephone solicitation through the IQOS Telesales Center, and at seven IQOS stores nationwide, IQOS shops (some Yamada Denki stores, some Bic Camera stores), and IQOS corners (some Don Quijote affiliated stores, etc.). In addition, from Tuesday, October 29, tobacco products will be available at tobacco dealers nationwide, including major convenience stores, as well as duty-free shops at some airports and other locations. The IQOS Irma i Anniversary Model will be released exclusively in Japan.
The “IQOS Irma i Anniversary Model” expresses the joy and passion of the 10th anniversary of the release of IQOS in Japan with a special coloring and design. In addition, a message card engraved with the word “congratulations” written by calligraphy artist Maaya Wakasugi is enclosed in the package. In addition, IQOS official stores and select sales channels will offer tin sets including a limited edition tin plate to commemorate the 10th anniversary.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the launch of the IQOS heat-not-burn tobacco device in Japan (Nagoya) in 2014. With the aim of realizing a smoke-free society, we will continue to strive to provide products and services that satisfy smokers over the age of 20.
