It is a skeleton movement Cal.GP01800-0022 that was born by applying a modern openwork process to the GP01800.
The baseplate and bridge, which have been precisely machined to the utmost detail, are galvanically treated with charcoal grey ruthenium and metal netting. The wheel train mechanism incorporated into it has a bright and shining rhodium plate finish that contrasts vividly with the dark ruthenium. As a result, it is possible to actually follow the movement of energy from the barrel to the second and third wheels, and you can fully enjoy the real thrill of the skeleton model.
Laureato 42mm Skeleton
The skeletonized movement, composed of sleek curves, consists of 173 parts, including 25 receiving stones. The large variable inertia balance beats as fast as 8 vibrations per second (28,800 vibrations per hour), and the sapphire caseback reveals a smooth-rotating pink gold self-winding rotor.
