On November 12, 2024, Indian Motorcycles unveiled the 2025 edition Roadmaster Elite. Polaris Japan, the importer and distributor, announced that it will release only four units in Japan.

Among Indian motorcycles, the “Roadmaster” of the touring family is developed as a model that is suitable for long touring.
The 1890cc air-cooled V-twin engine (Thunderstroke 116) delivers a maximum torque of 171Nm at just 2900rpm. Equipped with a large front fairing, saddlebags, and tour trunk as standard, it is a cruiser that can comfortably handle overnight touring in tandem.
The newly announced 2025 Roadmaster Elite is a limited edition model that will be produced in only 300 units worldwide, with four units scheduled to be released in Japan.
This body color, called “Springfield Blue”, is one of the historical colors of the Indians. The gold pinstripes are hand-painted by artisans. A badge with a serial number is also attached.
It is equipped with powerband audio with bass boost and a total of 12 speakers are located in various parts of the vehicle. The audio system can be operated via a touch-based meter. The meter can be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth.
Additional features include adaptive LED headlights, heated and cooled seats for two passengers, spacious floorboards and armrests for passengers. The height of the windscreen can be adjusted electrically and can be moved up or down by up to 10 cm. The saddlebag and tour trunk can be opened and closed with the buttons on the key fob.
The selling price in Japan is 6.93 million yen including tax. Deliveries are expected to begin in the spring of 2025.
