- When I found an item I wanted on Rakuten which was only available witjin Japan, I thought about a shopping proxy service. Discovered Personal Shopper J through Google and all the positive feedback gave me confidence to go ahead.
The response time was really quick. Ninja J is as helpful as you could imagine. Each step was clearly explained and as soon as the payment arrived, he bought the item for me immediately! In a weeks time, it’s already in my hands. The parcel was repackaged very nicely and they even do a video of the item for me when it arrived at their office. Thank you so much! We really like this singing bird music box, and knew this art of the craftsmanship before your request.
It’s a great opportunity to see one in active in front of our naked eyes and it was really cool, beautiful, cute.To protect the music box, we’d pay great attention for the state of the music box (if the power is winded and reserved in the music box, there was possibility of opening the bird lid during international shipping and can be damaged), and protection for the box itself.
For protection, we’ve used box in the bubble method, and used big air bubble pack around the music box itself, and protected from any impact / tremor. And used cardboard box to protect from outside.
