Swiss luxury watch brand RAYMOND WEIL will release the Millésime Center Seconds Shermann Limited Edition on March 1 in limited quantities of 30 pieces at the Shellman Ginza Mitsukoshi store, Japan Bridge Mitsukoshi store, and Shinjuku Isetan Honkan store.
This product is the first Japan limited edition model of Raymond Weil’s vintage-flavored Millésime. It was developed in collaboration with Sherman.
The sector dial, which is synonymous with the Millésime, displays the hour, minute, and second scales on different tracks, and uses a champagne gold color carefully selected from numerous color samples.
While the height increases from the center to the hour track, the outermost minute track with a concentric pattern slopes gently outward, creating a complex dial design that is three-dimensional and has a variety of finishes.
The case uses a diameter of 39.5 mm. It is designed to be the best size that satisfies 5 ATM water resistance (reinforced waterproof for daily life) and thin (thickness 9.25 mm).
The movement is powered by the Cal. RW4200, which is based on the highly reliable Serita automatic movement. At 6 o’clock on the caseback, “1 of 30” is engraved to prove the limited model.
The price is 308,000 yen. It will go on sale on March 1st, but the actual machine is on display at each Sherman store.
