Swiss luxury watch brand EDOX, which celebrates its 140th anniversary in 2024, has announced a Japan limited edition model jointly developed by lifestyle media “FORZA STYLE”, Edox concept shop “Tomiya Chrono Factory Omotemachi”, ISHIDA Shinjuku, and Edox. A limited edition of 100 pieces will be released on June 1, 2024.

Edox was founded in 1884 in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. The model to commemorate the 140th anniversary of the company’s founding was developed by a gathering of four parties based on the concept of “a diver’s watch that allows men who love watches to become the coolest.”
The base model is the “Neptunian Automatic”, which is also used by Rock Fukuda, who is active in Kodansha’s web media “FORZA STYLE”. The 1,000-meter water resistance of the pro-spec diver’s watch reflects the requests received from the concept shop, and the “left-hand specification with the crown at 9 o’clock” and the “non-date without the date display installed in the current model” are used for the first time in the collection.
The dial, including the indexes and hands, is colored in black tones, which Yoshimasa Hiriba, the editor-in-chief of “FORZA STYLE,” loves, to express the darkness of the ultra-deep sea, where the sun’s rays do not reach. The hands and indexes were coated with the highest rank of luminous paint Super-LumiNova, “Grade X1”, to ensure visibility in dark places such as at night and underwater.
The caseback is engraved with Neptune, the god of the sea, who embodies the brand concept of “THE WATER CHAMPION”. In addition, three words were engraved as proof of the limited specification: “140TH ANNIVERSARY”, “LIMITED EDITION”, AND “FORZA STYLE”.
In addition to the stainless steel belt, two belts are included: a special NATO belt with a black and silver color scheme and a Edox standard silicone-containing rubber belt. By changing it according to the situation and mood, you can enjoy three variations.
