Please tell us about your experience with personal shopper service
- It’s been a few years now that I’ve been using several different proxies because I was never quite satisfied for one reason or another. But now that I have tried Personal Shopper J, I have to say they have been my best experience by far! The customer service alone is absolutely fantastic, they’re always super prompt and really friendly. Even when I had so many questions and requests, they were always quick to respond and most of all, they were honest.
The rates too are extremely fair, especially when you account for the shipping. A lot of the time I find that when proxy services ship abroad, they put extra hidden fees in the shipping total. But this isn’t the case at all with PSJ. They also give you a choice between Airmail and EMS, where sometimes shipping choices aren’t even an option.
I have nothing but good things to say about these guys! Most highly recommended to anyone looking to use a proxy. Keep up the good work, and thanks again!

- Ms.Kumi,Thank you for using our service and feedback !Yes, we usually don’t take extra fee for shipping.if the item is very heavy / big (around 20 KG) then we need handling charge (for extra carton box / cushion)but we don’t need handling charge in most cases.And as you said in the feedback, customer can choose shipping method from SAL (cheapest),normal Air (under 2kg) and EMS (express), and FEDEX, DHL.Best way is EMS, because there’s no customs check for EMS in most cases for many countries, and very fast speed.Customs check may sometimes cause customer to pay extra cost,but thanks to our knowledge about customs, most of the customers didn’t need to pay customs Tax !Best Regards,Ninja J
