- I requested to buy a certain Sanrio plushy I was dreaming of via Personal Shopper Japan service for the first time ever –it’s even my first time to try a shopping service to buy me something from Japan. I found out how helpful and co-operative the service staff were with me. They also kept in touch via email promptly to check everything is going well regarding the request and the payment.
Apart from everything else, I want to express special thanks to this service staff for bearing some sort of problems happened to my Paypal (I had to delay payment due to it, and they were very understanding of my problem). I do appreciate your patience with my delay, and in the end, I’m so happy you made my dream come true: to own that plushy which I never find in my country and only sold in Japan. A very big “Thank you!” to you!
