Correspondence, transaction, payment and shipping were all made easy-breezy, smooth-sailing and most professionally handled by the team. Item was carefully packed and sealed and arrived fast and in PERFECT condition.
This website truly lives up to its tagline, “Personal Shopper Japan”. You can say the service is available 24/7, because no matter the time, you will get a reply to your e-mail, often within the hour (even late at night!). And you can ask them anything, the Ninja J team is very considerate, helpful and accommodating!
