- Positive response from PSJ from placing order to shipment of goods. I was
Worried about the shipment will take very Long. But the whole buying experience is really enjoyable and fuss free. It took only a week from contacting them to receiving the goods on my door steps.
But EMS international shipper just left the products without notifying me… which could be quite dangerous as the products cost more than few hundreds dollar. I hope this could be improve.

- Thank you for using our service and feedback.Sorry for the inconvenience about EMS, their service depends on local handler,so services are different from one country to another.Unfortuantely, in Singapore, their rule can let delivery person to left the items without notifying.You can use DHL, FedEx instead of EMS, so please let us know which courier you want to use.Ninja J
