Thank you very much for using our service and feedback !Maybe we are the only service which can ship iQos device to overseas, because of limitation of li-ion items (And yes, we can ship out mobile batteries also.).iQos device has x 2 li-ion batteries, 1 for holder, and 1 for charger.This is a bit complicated, because this item is considered as mobile battery (which cannot be shipped to overseas)with our shipping method, you can receive iQos device without problem.Hope you will enjoy your new device.Thank you very much !Ninja J
