Royal Enfield Japan (all importers and distributors: PCI Co., Ltd.) began accepting online purchase applications for the limited edition model “SHOTGUN 650 × Rough Crafts Edition” on July 15, 2026.

This bike was born from a collaboration with Rough Crafts, a custom bike factory based in Taiwan, but it is a rare model with only 25 units available across India, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America, with just five units reserved for the Japanese market.
This limited edition model draws strong inspiration from the custom bike “Caliber Royale,” built by Rough Crafts based on the Shotgun 650. The Caliber Royal features a sleek proportions and distinctive front fairing, and an exterior featuring glossy black and matte black accents with gold leaf. It will be unveiled at EICMA 2025 (Milan International Motorcycle Show) in November 2025. It was later exhibited at an event hosted by Royal Enfield in India, attracting attention.
The “Rough Crafts Edition” features sophisticated premium special equipment.
Inspired by Caliber Royal, the “Shotgun 650 Rough Crafts Edition” adds contrast to the body silhouette by combining gloss jet black and matte stealth black, with seamless gold leaf stripes running across the entire panel. Additionally, the following special features further enhance the vehicle’s presence.
● Serial number designed on the top of the fuel tank
● Collaboration badge made of cast brass, the same as the Caliber Royale (on both sides of the fuel tank)
● Black-finished bar end mirrors
● Quilted leather seats
● Contrast-colored aluminum wheels and gold front fork inner tubes
Additionally, owners receive a special edition artwork with serial numbers, featuring custom build sketches of Caliber Royal, designed and personally signed by Winston Yeh, head of Rough Crafts.
