Positive response from PSJ from placing order to shipment of goods. I was Worried about the shipment will take very Long. But the whole buying experience is really enjoyable and fuss free. It took only a week from contacting them to receiving the goods on my door steps. But EMS international shipper just left the products without notifying me… which could be quite dangerous as the products cost more than few hundreds dollar. I hope this could be improve.

I can’t put into words how good my experience with PSJ was! When I couldn’t get some PomPom Purin goods from the US Sanrio store, they had my back and ordered them for me from the JP one! Staff always were polite and understanding. They responded quickly which helped me receive my items amazingly fast. Shipping only took a couple of days and everything came in perfect condition. Thanks so much! Will do business with PSJ again soon

I sent just a photo of a woman’s jacket that was being sold somewhere at Shinjuku Station and they were able to find it for me!..I did not know the name of the store that was selling this item and I only had a photo to go on. They found my item and sent it to my friend in Chiba and everything went smooth from start to finish..I have used their service several times before and I’m sure I will be back again!..Thank you!

I’ve just discovered last month that there were Yuyu Hakusho goodies sold last Jump Festa. It was too late and I found that those goods were only sold in Japan. Good thing, there’s PSJ and I got the bromide at a low price. Great customer service as always. I didn’t expect that I’ll get them today. Thank you very much.
