  • I bought these headphones back in August and then kind of forgot about them as they weren’t going to be delivered until mid-December. Then in December, I received the shipping notice and like that, the headphones were on their way to their new home. The service was super friendly, timely, and super helpful with any questions I had. Totally recommended to every I know who buys from Japan that they should use this service. Also, the headphones are the best thing I’ve bought in a while.

  • At first, i was looking for ways to import a japanese album that comes with limited bonus items. There were several issues i had buying from that particular site since firstly i’m not proficient in Japanese and using google translator wasn’t helpful and most importantly requires an address in Japan. So while googling i found my way here. After reading some reviews, i decided to try the service.

    About a week later (excluding the domestic shipping), i received my items in good condition with bubble wraps. Item came in its original package too from the store that i wanted them to order from.

    In conclusion, I was really satisfied with the service they provide and would recommend any future friends or potential buyers to give it a try!

    Once again everything goes well when Ninja J’s in charge : Ward Records first released this Stones box set in October with abnormally reversed stereo channels on CD and LP ; to replace those discs with corrected ones a few weeks later.
    Ninja J informed me of this problem and organised the discs replacements for me before sending my box set to France. They could have ignored this problem without taking care, but not!
    That’s great profesionalism, thank you kindly.
    Just perfect!
