  • I thought it was hopeless to have this photobook because it was already sold out in its official online store. I found it being sold in Yahoo Auctions but I won’t be able to transact with the seller since I live overseas. With the help of Personal Shopper J, I was able to have it – at a lesser price. The photobook is still in good condition and PSJ handled it well. I was surprised when it came at my doorstep.   • I used to have a personal shopper in Japan, but she discontinued her services and I was bummed that I wouldn’t be able to order anymore items from her. But on a quick Google search I found PSJ and sent an inquiry for the items I was looking for from the Japanese Disney Store.   • Have you gone forward with a proxy buying service, even to the point of paying by PayPal, only to be turned down because the seller doesn’t work with proxy services? Avoid this unnerving situation by using Personal Shopper J’s service! Being run by people with Yahoo Auctions Japan accounts, they aren’t hindered by proxy blocks. There isn’t any easier way to secure a bid, unless you actually live in Japan yourself.

    On top of being responsive (within the hour in most cases), they also provide alternative sources in case the object of interest isn’t 100% to your liking. They can cater to every whim, such as adequate packaging, delivery course and date, as well as max bidding limits. They’re friendly, too.

Proxy service provider cancelled order because customer didn’t pay the cost, customer cancelled the order etc.2. They treated seller as vending machine and no communication with seller.3. They are not professional about items, so customer bought wrong item, and cancelled…There’s many reason why there’s sellers who are saying “No proxy agent”.it was caused by their own sloppy work, and it is very stupid.If they treated / communicated with seller well, then seller is always happy and welcome for proxy, but unfortunately opposite, and it’s caused by some sloppy proxy agent.For us, our business is not just buying and send to customer that many other service providers are doing.We are using brain to provide best service for our customers.Thank you very much,Ninja J
