  • first time using their service and was a tad bit afraid, worries were unfounded because the experience with them was very smooth and good 🙂 was finally able to get my hands on a trading card that is very rare and could only be found on japanese auction sites. found the card on japan yahoo auctions but could never purchase due to the credit card restriction. thanks to ninja j i’ve finally managed to obtain it!!! my item arrived fast and was packed with care 🙂 thank you ninja j!!! i’m really very very pleased 🙂

  • I didn’t know where to find these rare items in their original Japanese VHS counterparts at least for collection purposes (they are incredibly rare, out of production, and expensive on DVD in The States as it is!) and searching online using an engine for them just could not produce any results. Luckily, though, it did produce results because it lead me to what I needed – a human being. Personal Shopper Japan provided the invaluable service of offering a non-commital order form where they offered to help you find that hard-to-find item that you are looking for. Well, they found me a Rental version of “Journey to Eggmanland” in fairly good condition and a Rental version of “Sonic VS. Metal Sonic” in good condition. Well, not only this but they listened to my request for the Retail versions and found a Retail version of Vol. 2 in even better condition, apparently sealed (I found out when it arrived)! I went ahead and gave them the “Go” to purchase these versions and payed the very modest fee for everything. I am incredibly happy that they were able to follow through and deliver on everything and also surprised that they were able to find these items at all! Now I want to collect their Retail and Rental version counterparts. I will definitely go through Personal Shopper Japan in the future! Thanks so much for your awesome and, again, invaluable services!!

  • I am amaze with your service from other well known buying agent in japan. 1) customer service hour is longer . 2) anythings can be purchase except illegal. 3) pack and response is fast and good. no complain. can continue working with you. time to discard those dinosaur. thru few experience with well known buying agent .I find their hour is short, pack and ship takes 2 days. any seller with no credit card purchase or direct sell cannot buy. this type of company should close. I support you and recommend you to others. see you next round.

  • the team at PSJ is efficient and reliable.

    They helped me acquire tickets to Tohoshinki’s concert. But this year, there was a cock-up when the hotel was not able to locate the package at first, when I checked in. When emailed, Ninja followed up with the post office and the hotel.

    Great service is not just about getting customers the service or goods they are looking for. It is also about solving problems for customers. PSJ impresses with how they are there for their customers even after their shopping service had been rendered.

    Highly recommended, and I will use PSJ’s service again for sure.

  • I had a very hard time looking for these concert tickets from other sources as they were not willing to help me. Because of the troublesome process of getting an electronic concert ticket in japan. But i was very lucky i came across Ninja J’s website. He bought the tickets on my behalf and also rented a mobile phone for this electronic ticket. And i received his parcel on the day of check-in at the hotel lobby in perfect condition. He even gave clear instructions on how to use the ticket. Plus point is he responded promptly through emails. This kind of excellent service was hard to come by.

  • If you want anything in Japan, look no further than PersonalShopperJ cause they will blow you away with their quick response and excellent service. Ninja response to you within hours and he doesn’t seem to sleep actually because I can get replies from him even after midnight! 😉 He doesn’t only buy whatever you want but also offers advice which is a great help when you are new to this.
