  • This is my first time using a personal shopper and I was unsure of what to do but when I submitted my inquiry but they have provided information of the product I want purchase such as the alternative shops and also the overall pricing. I had two orders one is an audio CD while the other one was a exclusive item from Comiket 85 sold from an online shop.

    Though ordering process from the online shop was long probably due to the celebration period, it have would be nice to have an ETA of when the product reaches them.

    So I got impatient and sent an email to ask why is it taking so long and they replied & refunded my money and later gave me the option to continue waiting as the ETA is stated to be early Feb or cancel the order despite being at loss. There were also a miscalculation of the invoice due to the refund and my other order got mixed up but they clarify it fast.

    Overall I highly recommend using PSJ , they respond usually within a day or a few hours and the shipping is fast my item arrived in 3 days and is in perfect condition.

  • I actually saw this recommendation from in a Q&A forum and used it after seeing how good the response is.
    The feedback was quite fast and yeah, but I got a bad seat number (1st timers get bad seats all the time anyways)
    The estimated time of arrival for the package was right on the mark. (in my case, it arrives after one more working day)
    It was really worth the trouble going to Japan for their concert, the atmosphere is really 200% different from what you’d expect

    I’ve had a great time in Japan! and sorry for the late review =p

  • When I first looked into getting a personal shopper I was a bit nervous because I have never done it before and wasn’t sure if I could find a place to trust.
    I submitted a request for a Japanese school bag and within a few days I got a reply. The whole process went really fast and they kept searching for the exact item I wanted.
    The bag was shipped very fast and arrived in perfect condition. I am so happy and will be returning here in the future for other hard to find Japanese items.

  • Today i received my items. Here’s the feedback: Once again, personalshopperj was able to prove that their service is a high quality service. The photos and the cd was very well packed, which mean very well protected too. As a result, my items arrived in perfect condition (and the fragile cd case was NOT cracked). I can’t find any cons, i mean, it was flawless. They took care of everything. They read my address carefully as they know my address slightly change sometime (i have more than one address, so my address vary) i think this may be confusing sometime, but there was NO mistake. Firstly, i bought the photos, they placed a bid without losing any time with a fast reply to my message. I really wanted these photos, because they were unique photos and also very kawaii!!! I don’t want to miss a unique item, and since i really love kawaii, i couldn’t miss them. After i won the auctions of the photos, i also buy a rare CD (Live Distributed CD). It was an item to buy directly, not an auction, but they was able to buy the item before someone else decide to buy it. So i was able to get these items. About the payment, as soon as i decided to add the CD to my order, i could say the same as my previous order, i mean; i found them to be very convenient about the payment, and this is another good point for personalshopperj. The same as my previous orders: i did not had any customs fee to pay upon receipt of the items. I don’t know if i mentioned this in my previous reviews, but they always provide the tracking number, which is both; reassuring (especially if you’re a new customer), and useful to track the items, to be at home the day that the items arrive. So, there was no problem, they was very convenient about payment, the items was well packed, they provide excellent service and communication, so again it’s will be for sure a 5 stars for you, with this positive feedback.
