  • The staff at Personal Shopper Japan are very accommodating. I had many petty requests while buying a couple of concert tickets such as having the tickets purchased under my name and the staff were happy to grant them. Moreover when we didn’t win one of the ticket lotteries, the staff were willing to accommodate my request to keep trying in a follow up lottery until they could successfully secure a ticket. I really appreciate their dedication in meeting their customers’ requests and I can’t recommend them enough! Thank You So Much, Personal Shopper Japan!

  • I received my package today, and everything was well packaged and exactly what I asked for. It took 6 business day s to arrive and 2-3 of which was held up in customs here in the states. I cannot thank you guys enough for your patience and fine service. I will admit I was a little skeptical at first, but now am a firm believer in your service. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.     Отличный, чуткий сервис, качественная упаковка, товар без каких-либо нареканий по качеству. Посылки забирал сам (безо всяких проблем) в киевском офисе EMS, чтобы не ждать курьера неизвестно сколько. В общем, всё отлично, даже сверх ожиданий. Классная работа!

  • I had a very pleasant experience while using the service. It was very difficult to get tickets to such a popular concert such as Super Show but Ninja J managed to get tickets for us within our budgets. Even the seats are pretty far away, my friend and I had a wonderful time at the concert, all thanks to Ninja J who made it happened for us. Maybe next time, we hope that we can get nearer tickets from Ninja J. Hahaha…

    My friend and I love the small present given to us together with the package. The chocolates were delicious. Thank you.
