- I am difficult customer as I always find items I want at the last moment or remember next and next to add to request so I appreciate yours patience :). The deal with using fanclubs rights and possibility to join is big selling point too.
As for process itself is efficient, easy, practical and working well. I never had problems with delivery and was tickets (of course you have what you buy but explained well so you know what to expect).
Definitely I will use this service again.
My only wish: some info on popular requests? But I can understand it can be difficult
