Minerva, a subsidiary of Montblanc, has released a new 14-piece Japan-limited album “Heritage Pitagore Small Seconds Japan Limited Edition 14”, which pays homage to the two sacred places in Kyoto.

This neat 18KWG 39mm case with a salmon dial emits a deep orange color reminiscent of the Senbon Torii gate of Fushimi Inari Taisha in the dark.

In addition, the balance holder of the in-house movement peeking out from the back cover is elaborately laser engraved with the five-storied pagoda of Toji Temple, a World Heritage Site. The tortoise shell pattern on the invisible strap lining and the limited number “14” derived from the silver ratio are all special timepieces that quietly and beautifully combine Swiss watchmaking techniques and Japanese aesthetics.

“Shoes” and “watches” are the cornerstones of style——。 Think about the best match between the two. This time, we will combine ON and Longines’ masterpieces with over-specs that overcome harsh environments and hide them in urban elegance.

No. 3[King Seiko’s latest work]A new model wearing a titanium case is now available for “Banak”, which has fans of yach!
Main_visual_1.jpg
The lineup includes three new models using titanium material in the “Banak” series. From the left, “the quiet horizon of twilight”, “the structural beauty of the inorganic and urban expressway”, and “the gust of wind when a car drives through the night of Tokyo”. Both expressed the scene of Tokyo in the eyes of the driver.

From King Seiko’s “Banak” series, three new titanium models that have evolved into modern and sporty have appeared.

The biggest feature is that the use of full titanium in the case and bracelet reduces the weight by about 40% compared to the previous one. It is equipped with a one-push three-fold middle fastener, providing both a comfortable attachment and a hold. The dial was inspired by Tokyo’s cityscape and the speed of the highway, and was renovated with a dynamic design that combines radial and horizontal patterns.

Inside, it is equipped with a high-precision movement “Caliber 8L45” that boasts a power reserve of approximately 72 hours and divers’ level robustness. You can also enjoy the beautiful wavy pattern from the see-through back, and it is a timepiece that embodies the “now” of Tokyo.

No. 2[Seiko Prospex×JAMSTEC]A limited edition model of the Marine Master that embodies the cold beauty of the Arctic Ocean in the “Ice Sea Dial” is now available.

Two new works will be added to Seiko’s “Prospex Marine Master”.

Seiko “Prospex Marine Master” will release two new models, a limited edition model and a regular model in collaboration with JAMSTEC (Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology), in July 2026.

This model inherits the design of the 1968 model and is equipped with a new movement “Caliber 8L45”. It boasts a power reserve of 72 hours and a water resistance of 300m for air submersion, and is equipped with a newly developed adjuster that can be fine-tuned in 8 levels of about 2mm each to enhance practicality.

The JAMSTEC model, which is limited to 1,000 pieces worldwide, features a beautiful blue three-dimensional dial inspired by the Arctic research vessel “Mirai II” carving through the ice sea. The regular machine, on the other hand, has a black dial with a matte pear finish for high legibility. It is the ultimate diver who combines Japan’s passion for the sea with innovative technology.

No. 1[5 of Tanakakei’s favorite watches are unveiled for the first time! ]Jaeger-LeCoultre from IWC to Garmin. Former Goldman Sachs investor’s aesthetic eye to remove the royal road

Tanakakei ● Born in Yokohama City in 1982. An investor who worked at Goldman Sachs Securities for 17 years and served as co-head of the investment division in Japan. His book “People up to 100 million, people from 100 million” won the overall grand prize of the “Readers’ Choice Business Book Grand Prix 2026”. He wakes up at 3:45 a.m. every morning and is also an athlete who makes running and triathlon his daily routine.

Former Goldman Sachs investor Kei Tanaka. His watch journey speaks volumes about his philosophy of life.

Mr. Tanaka, who is in his 20s, dared to avoid the royal brand and chose Jaeger-LeCoultre and IWC. The criteria for determining “authenticity” such as history and craftsmanship, rather than relying on popularity or status, overlap with an outstanding aesthetic eye as an investor.

However, now that his lifestyle has changed to a competition-oriented one, Garmin keeps time with his arms 365 days a year. It can be said that it is a sign of a spiritual change that has led to the release of attachment to material wealth and the importance of a sincere way of life without embellishment.

From Montblanc’s Minerva, a new watch has been released that pays homage to the two sacred places of Kyoto. The “Heritage Pitagore Small Seconds Japan Limited Edition 14” is limited to only 14 bottles in Japan. In the details, the aesthetics of Switzerland and Japan are quietly breathed, as if speaking only to those who notice.

A neat piece that inherits the lineage of Minerva

Founded in 1858 in Villeret, Switzerland, Minerva is a long-established manufacture known for its precision and beautiful finishes. The new watch from Minerva is a neat three-hand watch that at first glance recalls the golden age of the 1940s and 50s. The 18-carat white gold case, salmon-coloured dial, Arabic numerals and vintage-style domed sapphire crystal – the well-proportioned 39 mm case diameter quietly embodies classic elegance. One of the charms of the dial is that it is layered with three textures: grain, sunray, and azurage, and delicately changes its expression depending on the angle of light.

134016 Mood_BB.jpg
Salmon dial with three textures spread out in concentric circles. The railway minute track and off-center small seconds neatly pay homage to the archive dials of the 1940s and 50s.

But this watch has another face. In the dark, the indexes and hands quietly emit a deep orange light. This is a tribute to Fushimi Inari Taisha, which is located in the southern part of Kyoto and is known for its approach to the shrine with more than 10,000 vermilion torii gates. The color, which has been dedicated to the hope of prosperous business, breathes quietly on the dial at night, symbolizing a quiet prayer for prosperity.

The dial, which has different faces during the day and night, recalls how the torii gate of Fushimi Inari Taisha deepens its vermilion after sunset.

When you turn the clock over, you will see more highlights. On the balance holder of the caliber MB M14.08, the five-storied pagoda of Toji Temple is reproduced with an elaborate laser engraving. Founded in 796 and registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994, Toji Temple is one of Japan’s most iconic wooden buildings. Its image is quietly engraved in the movement.

134016 Back (1).jpeg
On the right edge of the balance holder, you can see the elaborate laser engraving of the five-storied pagoda. The Côtes de Genève-patterned bridges, gold-coated gear trains, and 19-jewel rubies shine red together to encapsulate the essence of Villelet watchmaking that has lasted for more than 165 years.

The wide balance holder provides high rigidity to the fleece splange balance and adjustment screw group, providing both improved accuracy and space for engraving. The movement has a power reserve of approximately 80 hours, and the Côtes de Genève finish and hand-chamfered chamfer shine discreetly through the sapphire crystal caseback.

134016 Back.jpeg
The tortoise shell pattern covering the surface of the strap, along with the inscription “A Tribute to Ancient Japan” on the case back, quietly tells the story of the watch’s origins.

In addition, there are designs that cannot be seen from the outside. The lining of the strap is a tortoise shell pattern that symbolizes longevity and good luck. You only notice it the moment you take it off – a modest luxury that only those who wear it know.

And the number “14” also has a meaning. It is a composition in which “14”, which is derived from the ancient Japanese beauty ratio (1:1.414), and the movement size of 14 lignes. The laws of beauty nurtured in different cultures quietly overlap in this single watch. At the intersection, Minerva set this model.
