This model, which was jointly developed with the German headquarters, is a rare model that only 30 units will be introduced, and is designed by Porsche’s bespoke division, Porsche Exclusive Manufacture, and features a design inspired by traditional Japanese crafts such as “Edo Kiriko” and “Aizen Dyeing”.
The exterior is based on white with club blue and shaded blue accents, and the interior features double stitching in speed blue and white and custom seats inspired by indigo dyeing.
These details express the respect for the handicrafts of Japanese craftsmen and the GT3’s “duality of public roads and circuits”.
Mantai kit as standard
The Porsche 911 GT3 Artisan Edition is equipped with a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine with a maximum output of 510 ps and a maximum torque of 45.9 kg-m.
In addition, the performance package “Manthey Kit” is standard equipment, and adopts a 4-way adjustable suspension and reinforced brake lines.
In addition, the aerodynamics package consisting of “front lip” and “flaps”, “carbon aero disc”, “rear diffuser” and “reinforced carbon rear wing” greatly improves stability and downforce at high speeds.
These circuit-oriented devices offer measurable performance improvements while providing more sophisticated appearances without compromising on everyday practicality.
