PR:Roberto cavalli BY FRANCK MULLER
The editorial department reviews the featured models on the actual machine. This time, we selected a new tonneau model from the signature brand of Roberto Cavalli, who is known as one of Italy’s leading designers.
Roberto Cavalli, known as one of Italy’s leading designers, has a signature brand, “Roberto Cavalli by Franck Mueller”. As you can see from the model name, “Franck Muller Watchland”, which manufactures Franck Muller, a Swiss luxury watch house known as a master of tonneau cases, supervises the production, and as a proof of this, the “Franck Muller” logo is designed at 6 o’clock on the dial.
This time, we focused on a new work with a full skeleton specification that uses a tonneau case that inherits Franck Muller’s DNA.

Perhaps the most distinctive feature is that the tonneau case that houses the movement is made of durable optical “K9 glass”. “K9 glass” is a high-quality material used in optical instruments, cameras, telescopes, scientific instruments, etc. in industrial fields that require advanced technology.
It is more transparent than organic glass, has better light transmittance and refractive effect, and has a clear texture that emphasizes the mechanical mechanical movement and the beauty of the tonneau case at the same time.
At 12 o’clock, the balance part is cut out in a round open heart specification. The central part of the dial has a design that imitates the brand symbol of a snake, adding personality. The skeleton design is finished around the Arabian index, and the mechanical shape of the movement and the regular drive of the balance that can be seen through the small window give a sense of the charm unique to the mechanical type.
The case size is 40×46 mm. At first glance, it looks large, but since the top and bottom of the case fit on the wrist, it is surprisingly well balanced when worn.
The three-dimensional case design creates an elegant atmosphere despite its sportiness. The case has a see-through back structure, which is designed to allow you to enjoy the movement of the movement.
In addition to the white dial close-up here, the blue dial is also available. In both cases, the movement is made by the Swiss company Celita. Powered by the Sellita 200, it comes with a stock calf belt and a cool TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) belt to match the case.
