The creation of the World Festival Series with the German Pelican Classic 200 Special Edition marks the beginning of a new chapter. This series expresses the symbolic festivals that connect people’s hearts and evoke deep emotions around the world through the culture of writing.

Cherry blossom viewing is not just an event to see cherry blossoms. It is a culture unique to Japan that overlaps beauty, fragility, and the desire to “cherish the present” in the short time from full bloom to dissipation. Every year from February to March, Japan is bathed in pale cherry blossom colors. People gather under the cherry blossom trees with family, friends, and sometimes strangers, to share their fleeting beauty and reflect on the preciousness of the “present moment”.
This philosophy resonates with us who live in today’s busy world. Impermanence, purity, and quiet joy. This philosophy of cherry blossom viewing was the source of inspiration for Cherry Blossom.
It has a gentle appearance dressed in the light of spring. The body, made of high-quality polished resin, is finished in a gentle light pink color reminiscent of cherry blossom petals dancing in the spring breeze. Cherry Blossom expresses the delicate harmony of spring through soft pastel tones and refined details.
We aimed to be a piece that naturally blends in with notes between work and quiet evening notebook time, and is special yet makes you want to use it every day.
