- Mr.Tim,Thank you for using our service and feedback !Your items are pre order items, and release date was a bit delayed on store’s side.We repacked and send to you asap, so we’re afraid to say that it’s not our fault only.Item seems delivered to you without any damage, and relatively quick.hope next time, shop’s release date won’t delay.Thank you for the new request, for this time, pre order item again, and according to shop, they’ll release in the middle of May,but it’s depends on the store, so please be patient.we’ll update you when we have any news.Thank you,Ninja J
