  • Used this service to get posters from a Japanese shop, after personalshopper retrieved them and shipped them my way I received them extremely fast (3 days?). The fee was reasonable as well, if you need something that wont ship outside of Japan this service is well worth it.

  • This was my first time using this service. I’ve always wanted to try, but ever got around to doing so. I’ve also heard that it could be a little dangerous, so it was a leap of faith for me.
    I’ve always wanted to participate in events in Japan, but it was always limited to Japan only. I decided to turn to PSJ.
    At the beginning, i didn’t even know if they would help me with applying for tickets/events, so i had to ask, and when they said they did, my heart just burst, because this was my chance! (and if PSJ doesn’t mind, i’d like to do it again!)

    Not only did PSJ answer my every annoying question (i sent lots of emails, i mean LOTS),in a good manner, but also did a special service.
    They helped me apply for the lottery, and amazingly, i won!
    I was then worried (again) that i won’t receive the tickets on time, but PSJ said to not worry, and sent to my hotel directly!
    Replies are extremely fast and detailed. Transaction was easy.

    PSJ really does fulfill your every request!

    Thank you so much for dealing with an such annoying customer like me!
    I really can’t think of a better place to buy things from Japan other than PSJ.

    This is definitely the service i’ll be recommending to my friends, and i’ll personally be using PSJ from now on

  • I was a bit hesitant to use a shopping agent, as the headphones I wanted to buy are rather expensive. But after exhausting a lot of alternatives, I decided to give PSJ a go. Most happily, these guys have turned out fast, responsive and reliable. They answered my first inquiry within an hour, and continued to be responsive even after they had shipped my item. If only my local postal service was half as effective.

    The only negative experience was having to pay in my local currency through Paypal- Paypal’s forex rates are shockingly bad. Even my credit card provider has better conversion rates. Might be worth paying in Japanese yen rather than your local currency.

    Apart from that, I have nothing to complain about PSJ. Would definitely come back to them again in future. Thanks guys!

You can buy the item with asking us about detail, any options and things need attention.Buy from Japan without 100% Japanese language knowledge can be dangerous.2. Protection during international shipping is important for expensive items.there’s some service that just forward item to you, but they are just worker, similar to robots.Receive package, and attach international shipping voucher, and send to you. That’s all.We are not.All items from shops in Japan are not protected properly, because they don’t think this item will be loaded into airplane, and send to you.So, we will repack your item and provide enough protection for free.bubble wrapping + packing tapes + fragile stickers + ….. these are already included our standard charge.3. Buy from legitimate store.How do you know the shop you are going to buy is good shop or not ?Sadly, there’s some fake / copy / fraud site which disguise as Japanese shopping site.Most of such sites are not operated by Japanese, also their server is not located in Japan.but, they are using Japanese language to disguise…Their sites look like Japanese legitimate site, but they are using some weird Japanese in their site,so we can tell real or fake one.Some sites are difficult to tell, even for Japanese, but as we have many experience, we can point out fake site with our rules.For payment, you can use bank wire transfer also, but bank will take around 3500 Yen for international wire transfer.also, it takes time to receive fund from overseas (around 3-4 days)so Paypal is most convenient way of receiving payment for us, also for customers.Currency rate is sometimes better with credit card, but as we don’t want to take risk of exposing your card into internet sea,we don’t accept direct credit card payment. (you can pay with your credit card through paypal)Maybe some company accepts your card, but, please think,most of the company in Japan uses payment solution company. Not direct payment.Because, to handle credit card is a bit difficult these days for security reasons.If server is hacked and someone used your card number ?to avoid this situation, payment solution companies (Paypal for our case) are protecting themselves against hacking attempt every day.Our goal is, safe and happy shopping experience.   • They send email replies at lightning fast speeds. I have never experienced such great customer service. We were having difficulties ordering the item I wanted because it was completely sold out in America and many Japanese stores as well, so they personally contacted the shops and found which one had it in stock for the lowest price. I would never have been able to own this collectible clothing piece if it wasn’t for this company. Amazing! (Also, once it was shipped, I got my item within 3 days. That is unbelievable!)
