  • I came across personalshopperj.com when I was looking for a Buy for Me service (japan) as I found some items on rakuten for which the sellers did not offer international shipping or payment by PayPal. I received a quotation within 3 hours and decided to go ahead with the purchase. My items were bought on the same day I made payment and were received by Ninja J 3 days later. I promptly received an invoice for shipping and my items were shipped (via EMS Tracked Shipping) on the same day that I paid. My parcel arrived 3 days after it was shipped out!

    My items were nicely bubble-wrapped in a small package and I am very, very satisfied with the service provided. I will definitely use personalshopperj.com again!

  • I’m late putting up this review, but the service was wonderful! I’m very impressed and happy. 🙂

    Now, at first, I was uneasy about doing this because I’ve never personally purchased anything overseas before, but I honestly couldn’t find another way to get my items. Could not find the DVDs’ existence on any US sites or stores. That was frustrating. I recently became a huge, inspired fan of the series and I so badly wanted to grow my collection.

    I sent a request form to Personal Shopper J. I told them what I was looking for and they were very polite, honest, and professional with me the whole time. They really helped relieve me of my worries.

    Because of how busy I was at the time, I was a bit slow. However, their responses were fast. I was actually surprised how quick they were sending back those e-mails to me.

    It didn’t take too long for the package containing both DVD box sets to get here either!

    For the packaging, it’s probably the best I’ve seen. The outside of the box and sealed nice and tight, and inside, the items were well protected and sealed. Very impressed with it!

    Overall, it was a very satisfying experience and I do plan on buying from here again! Thank you guys for your service! All your help and patience with me is much appreciated! Thank you so much!

  • At first, I was really scared about trying this service of theirs but then I took the risk of actually having them purchase the lovely teacups I swooned over when I saw them in Francfranc’s Nagoya branch but then didn’t get to buy because I feared that I would exceed my baggage weight limit.

    I’m so thankful there’s a service like this and that I trusted the right provider because :
    1) Transaction was smooth and they were really easy to talk to.
    2) They even gave me a discount when I had a last minute addition to my orders.
    3) They actually let you know which option is cheaper so you’d save more money (esp. shipping options)
    4) Knowing that the items I ordered were all fragile, they carefully packed them with bubble wraps & etc so as to prevent them from being damaged
    5) Thank God personalshopperj indicated that the package was a gift (without me specifically giving instructions like this – Really!! They think about their customers. I only mentioned that our customs here are quite unreasonable), and wrote a smaller amount compared to the real amount I paid on the invoice that came with the package, because otherwise, our customs would ask for a very unreasonable tax fee.

    Overall, I’m one happy customer and I definitely recommend personalshopperj to my friends and anyone from the Philippines who, by chance sees my review. Mapagkakatiwalaan talaga sila ++ super sulit!

    Trusting them was a risk that definitely paid off because personalshopperj is 100% trustworthy and they handle transactions smoothly so you’re definitely going to have a huge smile on your face when you receive your package! — even more when you see what’s inside!!
