  • They helped communicate my modifications to the shopkeeper and made it easier for me to understand some terms where my Japanese knowledge was not 100%. There were also some other companies that would have difficulty shipping this item, so I greatly appreciate their service especially during the holiday season.

  • I saw the Rolling Stones on their 14 on Fire tour in Adelaide and Sydney and desperately wanted CDs and DVDs of the shows. I am writing a book on keith Richards guitar style and am a huge Stones fan. I found them for sale in joe’s garage website in japan but could not navigate their website to buy.
