  • It was my first time using Personal Shopper J’s services. I asked J to be my personal shopper in getting me stationery goods that are hard to find online due to it being a popular item. I received the item December 30 and just opened it today! The items were packaged very well and were received in perfect condition! I highly recommend Personal Shopper J!

  • The item arrived today, and it’s time for me to leave this feedback. This feedback is for both; for personalshopperj, and for the new customers who want to see the feedback of another new customer. The item arrived in perfect condition. The box of the anime figure was NOT damaged too. It arrived fast with ems shipping. I did not had any customs fee to pay when the item arrived. They answered all my messages and my questions, and was fast to reply. Surprisingly, i don’t know if this is always like this or if i was lucky, but they bought the item for me in the exact same minute as i sent the payment, which mean they has been very fast to buy the item once they received the money. I did not experienced any problem. Based to my first experience with them, i consider they are trustworthy, i would have no reason to think otherwise; i paid for an item with a value of 10000yen, it is a certain amount of money, and i did not had any problem.     В этот раз уже после оплаты заказа выяснилось, что один из выбранных продуктов имеет определенный дефект, критически важный для меня. Ninja J выявил это в общении с поставщиками, сообщил мне об этом, предложил варианты действий. Мы оперативно решили, что этот продукт брать не будем, а оплата за него пойдет в зачет последующей оплаты транспортировки. Это высокий класс обслуживания!

  • The staff at Personal Shopper Japan are very accommodating. I had many petty requests while buying a couple of concert tickets such as having the tickets purchased under my name and the staff were happy to grant them. Moreover when we didn’t win one of the ticket lotteries, the staff were willing to accommodate my request to keep trying in a follow up lottery until they could successfully secure a ticket.
