- The item arrived today, and it’s time for me to leave this feedback. This feedback is for both; for personalshopperj, and for the new customers who want to see the feedback of another new customer. The item arrived in perfect condition. The box of the anime figure was NOT damaged too. It arrived fast with ems shipping. I did not had any customs fee to pay when the item arrived. They answered all my messages and my questions, and was fast to reply. Surprisingly, i don’t know if this is always like this or if i was lucky, but they bought the item for me in the exact same minute as i sent the payment, which mean they has been very fast to buy the item once they received the money. I did not experienced any problem. Based to my first experience with them, i consider they are trustworthy, i would have no reason to think otherwise; i paid for an item with a value of 10000yen, it is a certain amount of money, and i did not had any problem.
