- It was a couple of time since my last order. Then, i was interested to buy 4 toys that i knew would be fun. One of these toys is actually to offer as a gift to my mom for her coming birthday, and i know she will like it because she already seen the item before. But the item is sold in Japan, and i can’t find this in store here where i live. So i used personalshopperj service, and i knew it would be fast service, reliable, and trustworthy. They always answer to every messages, and this is appreciate, a lot. It was the first time i order these type of items, so i didn’t knew how it would be protected, but the big air-bubble protected the items very well during shipping. The items arrived without damage. It arrived very fast too, which is amazing because i wanted to receive it fast enough to offer 1 of these to my mom, and i received it before her birthday which is at the end of June (and i received the item on May 25). Personalshopperj is still offering a perfect service. I recommand to use their service. I was also interested to buy a CD to get the bonus of purchase, but i needed more details about the bonus of purchase to know exactly in which store i would buy the item. Personalshopperj helped me to get the very specific information i needed. Unfortunately, the bonus of purchase was not what i was expecting, so i finally didn’t order the CD, but personalshopperj was very helpful to get the information and i do appreciate it. Finally, i had a little concern about the quality of the items i received, so i asked Ninja J, and he explain to me it was normal that quality of this type of product was depending of the factory of the seller. Well, as long as the items are genuine i’ll be fine with it. Thank you very much 5/5 for your excellent service.
