- I purchased for the first time through personal shoppers Japan and i am amazed! I am always very cautious when I don’t know an online shopping service, but from the first contact email these guys were so kind and trustful and I decided to buy through them from rakuten. their service is perfect. they seem to be available for you 24/7, always quick replying all your questions and concerns. everything went great and quick, I love my necklace and I will recommend personal shoppers Japan and will definitely use their service again in the future. thank you so much for this awesome experience!!!!!!

- Thank you for using our service and feedback. It was a bit expensive item and popular item, so we acted quickly for you.Van Cleef Arpels is one of the best famous brand for jewelry, and we are proud of having such request.Sometimes, rare and good item in Japan, because Japan is a big market for jewelry, and has plenty of stock. We also happy with safe delivery of very expensive item.Thank you very much,Ninja J
