    Personal Shopper’s Ninja J, was quick to reply, very helpful and got the tickets to us very quickly for a great price.

  • I used to use another personal shopping service but after about a year, the person turned unprofessional so I started on a quest for another source and stumbled upon Ninja here. The service was very quick (the first email correspondence included an apology for taking a day to answer, which was honestly no time at all 😀 ). My item was found, all the fees were explained to me in detail and the invoice was sent quickly. As soon as I paid, the item was shipped off ASAP and got here in no time! Definitely very expedient.   • I am difficult customer as I always find items I want at the last moment or remember next and next to add to request so I appreciate yours patience :). The deal with using fanclubs rights and possibility to join is big selling point too.
    As for process itself is efficient, easy, practical and working well. I never had problems with delivery and was tickets (of course you have what you buy but explained well so you know what to expect).
    Definitely I will use this service again.
    My only wish: some info on popular requests? But I can understand it can be difficult

  • I have been using their service for number of times since I found Ninja J in 2011 – buying goods from online shops, fansclub’s merchandises as well as concert tickets. I always receive my purchases fast and in good conditions. (And I love the free souvenir – a paper Ninja Dart!) I just came back from Super Junior Concert in Tokyo in which Ninja J helped with my tickets. I’m looking forward to SJ’s next concert in Osaka and definitely I’ll use Ninja J’s service again.   • This is for my first and second personal shopping experiences with Ninja J.

    I had been looking all over the internet for moths trying to find a particular arcade PCB board, and on some random night, i thought of seeking for help from a japanese person… Looked on the net and found, with great luck, this website. I was unsure in the beginning, but i decided to risk it, to my great amazement…!

    The parcel came quite fast, very well packed with my arcade PCB board, looking as new. I thought that if the experience was good, i would go back to shopping with Ninja J.

    Also, Ninja J was good to find the PCB at a very reasonable price…

    I asked for help in ordering two more PCB boards, and just like the first time, all was packed nicely, and Ninja J was nice with me and offered some tasty sweets to try out as a gift… This kind of little attention works wonders as i am very eager to shop again with Ninja J.
