- I wanted an IQOS cigarette kit for use on holiday in Japan. IQOS is not available where I live and is not for sale to foreigners in Japan. Personalshopperj solved this problem for me and my order was delivered upon checking in to my hotel without even having to ask. Personalshopperj’s communication was excellent keeping me informed and reassured throughout the process. My order was also well packed to avoid breakage. Yes, you have to pay a fee for the service provided but to me it was well worth it. 10 out of 10 for my first purchase.
