Seiko’s watch brand, Seiko 5 Sports, has released a collaboration watch with collage artist Kosuke Kawamura. Limited to 200 pieces will be released at Seiko 5 sports dealers from Friday, September 9, 2022.
A collaboration watch with a “collage” of Seiko archive models

This collaboration watch, designed by Kosuke Kawamura, features a dial and bezel design using a “cut and paste” collage technique. Mainly from the Seiko archive models of the 1960s and 1970s, the details and parts of interest are extracted and collaged in a well-balanced manner.

The dial and hands are inspired by Seiko’s popular model “Time Sonar” in the 1970s, which used a translucent plastic material. The bezel display board, index, scale design, layout, etc. are extracted from the popular archive model of Seiko 5 Sports and combined.
The back cover is signed by Kosuke Kawamura.
The case and bracelet are similar to the sports watch “SKX model”. Kosuke Kawamura’s signature is printed on the back cover.
