- Although the item was unsuccessfully shipped out due to Japan’s national regulations, i obtained a full refund and Ninja J had been extremely helpful and clear in their updates/information.It’s a pity I could not buy my item this time, but hope i can from you again. Thank you very much!

- Thank you very much for the review. It was our fault that we didn’t check carefully about speakers. In last year, we could ship speakers several times, but now it’s prohibited for international shipping.Rule of international shipping changes sometimes, so we have to check for sensitive items (li-ion, magnetic items, flammables… etc.)Sorry for inconvenience this time.
