Case design
The GHOSR series case design is inspired by the smooth curves and slopes found in modern sports car designs. The avant-garde shape paired with the crown guard is Creux Automatiq’s signature design. The GHOST MONO II case is made of stainless steel with a contrast between brushed and microbrill sandblasted finishes. It also features a screw-down crown with a sandblasted gunmetal finish and is water resistant to 10 bar (100 meters). In addition, the FORGED CARBON bezel, which is the greatest feature of GHOST MONO II, is made of high-density forged carbon mold, so it is not easily scratched and is extremely lightweight.
Dial
The dial is designed for maximum visibility. It features a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal that is double-coated with a special anti-reflective coating. Removed the middle crystal found in previous ghost models so that you can see the skeletonized movement better than before. The second hand displayed at 9 o’clock does not have a hand. Instead, the entire wheel spins on a transparent disc, creating a floating “ghost” effect. The skeleton date display window is displayed at 6 o’clock.
Movement
The Ghost series features a Swiss-made CA S24-SK8 self-winding movement, designed and manufactured for Creux Automatiq by movement developer Swiss Tech. It is a Swiss-made movement with a power reserve of 36 hours, operating at a frequency of 28800 A / H and a date system of 33 jewels and 3 hands. The components are elegantly exposed through the skeletal frame, all finished with a combination of titanium and gunmetal PVD, and the surface is hairlined and polished.

About “CREUX AUTOMATIQ”
Creux Automatiq started in 2009 with the concept of “manufacturing high-performance watches at an affordable price” as a new business of the jewelry maker “Culet Jewelery” that has been in Amsterdam for over 130 years. ..
A team led by designer “Dun Rumble” spent two years at a Swiss watch factory learning everything they knew about the precision of the movement, the manufacture of the case and the various materials and components that make up a high quality watch. Based on this knowledge, they have put together a unique and avant-garde design that conveys elements of modern design as well as classic.
Passionate about the outdoors and adventure, Rumble came up with the name when hiking in the Swiss “Creux du Van” valley in Le Soliat. Thanks to the skeleton movement and dial, ” “Creux” or the English word “hollow” also matched the brand’s first watch, “The Ghost CA-01”.
Ghost’s case design (now a signature of the Creux Automatiq brand) was first made at Rumble’s home workshop in 2009 and was cast from a rugged sterling silver sliver. And to this day, its original design is faithfully preserved.
