Moritz Grossmann, who opened the Moritz Grossmann boutique in Harimazaka, Tokyo, in 2015, has announced two models limited to Japan to commemorate the 10th anniversary of its arrival in Japan. It is a rare model with 18 models with an 18K rose gold case and 15 models with a stainless steel case, both of which are scheduled to arrive after 2025.

The limited-edition model announced this time is a reinterpretation of the brand’s first model, the Benu, and a new design that matches the well-proportioned 37mm diameter case. Two types of case materials were available: 18K rose gold and stainless steel.
Both models feature Arabic indexes in the same font as the First Venou, carefully polished brown violet hands, and a cleaner Railway minute scale. In addition, as an homage to pocket watches made in the 19th century, the “M.GROSSMANN” logo and pear-shaped thin and delicate hands are designed.
The movement is a “caliber” 102.1 with a 3/5 plate and a strut structure, and the hand-engraved cursive brand name, Glashütte lettering and a plate with a wide ribbed pattern accentuate this hand-wound small-diameter calibre.
The belt is made of hand-sewn alligator. The price is scheduled to be 8.8 million yen for the 18K rose gold model and 6.05 million yen for the stainless steel model. All of them are rare models with only 10 pieces, so if you are interested, it is better to contact us as soon as possible.

To embody the sleek design, the ink-filling mechanism is hidden under a blade cut into a titanium shaft.
