Please tell us about your experience with personal shopper service
- This was my first time using this service and it was flawless from start to end. I was in a pinch because the item I wanted was a limited edition product with an order deadline and it would not ship outside of Japan. I contacted PSJ just a few hours before the deadline to order it was over. I appreciate how quick they were with their response; thanks to them I was able to buy the item.
It was also a pre-order/made-to-order item so it would not ship until about 2 months later. PSJ held the item for me and then shipped once ready.
Communication was very good, and I appreciate how transparent they were with the fees, and that they also didn’t charge the international shipping until they had my item in their hands.
I would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend others to use it too!!!
