- I’ve never used an in-person shopping service, but I have to say I’m impressed with PSJ’s service and speed; they responded really fast to my request, even though the event was next day (I didn’t find out the seller until just before the show) they said they would do their best, and lo and behold they managed to make it Wonder Festival the next day and get the item I requested! They’re also super prompt with any emails and questions, and very nice about explaining the whole process. I definitely would use them again if I ever need a very specific item from any events like WonFes, Comiket, etc…
