Please tell us about your experience with personal shopper service
- As a 1st time buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect of a personal shopper. Ninja J responded to emails pretty efficiently. I was a little apprehensive at the beginning because they seemed to be a little rigid with their schedule. I needed them to go to a physical store to get a limited edition bag and i expected a long queue at the shop. PSJ then offered me a specific time service with additional fee to which i said no to. I thought if it’s sold out, so be it. I was pleasantly surprised when an email from PSJ came in confirming they had placed an order for my bag :). The email was sent at around 10am in the morning (whilst according to their schedule, they could only make it to the store at 4pm).
I was very happy with that. Long story short, PSJ collected the bags a few days after new year, packaged them and consulted me regarding shipping options.
The parcel came in about 5 days. The bags are great and they even included the carry bag from the store! One suggestion i could think of is: maybe pack the bags in a box rather than a plastic satchel.
Overall, i am very happy with PSJ’s service. They have helped me to get the bags i thought it’s impossible to get my hands on. Thank you very much for all of your help Ninja J! I will definitely recommend your service to my friends :).
