- This is the first time I used PSJ service to purchase the item in Japan. PSJ answered my email very quickly and even answer my question and patiently. PSJ even helped me to do some research on the item I wanted to buy. And once I made the payment, my item is purchased next day and within 24 hours my item is shipped and you know what, I received it within 3 days. I am so excited about it. My bag is packed nicely and handled with care. Definitely will use PSJ again for my next purchase for Japan items only!
