- This is the first time I used PSJ service to purchase the item in Japan. PSJ answered my email very quickly and even answer my question and patiently. PSJ even helped me to do some research on the item I wanted to buy. And once I made the payment, my item is purchased next day and within 24 hours my item is shipped and you know what, I received it within 3 days. I am so excited about it. My bag is packed nicely and handled with care. Definitely will use PSJ again for my next purchase for Japan items only!

- Ms.Sharon,Thank you for using our service and feedback. As a personal shopper, we called department store, and ask about detail of the item for you,and after that, visited department store to see and check item, and bought for you. There’s some brochure from the staff in the store, and we included into the box for you.As we have skills to basic check of the item and protection during international shipping, buy a expensive brand bag is one of our favorite request. It’s happy for us to have such a good review, and will keep up good work.Thank you very much,Ninja J
